This 2009 Porsche Boxster S is a triple-black example that was purchased new by the seller and now has 60k miles. It is powered by a 3.4-liter flat-six linked with a replacement six-speed manual transaxle and an optional limited-slip differential. Equipment includes the Bose High-End Sound and Power Seat packages as well as a power-operated soft top, heated and ventilated seats, 18″ Boxster S II wheels, a speed-activated rear spoiler, PCM 3.0 with extended navigation, and bi-xenon headlights with dynamic cornering lights. This 987.2 Boxster S is now offered by the original owner with a window sticker, a Porsche certificate of authenticity, service records, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Kansas title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in black and features a power-operated black convertible top. Additional exterior details comprise bi-xenon headlights with dynamic cornering lights as well as silver-accented quarter panel intakes, roll bars, a speed-dependent rear spoiler, and dual exhaust outlets. The right window retraction assembly was replaced in December 2019, the convertible top transmission and pushrods were replaced in April 2020, and the windshield was replaced in May 2024. Noted imperfections include a ding in the rear bumper cover and a scuff on the underside of the front bumper cover.

The 18″ Boxster S II wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires. The car is equipped with Porsche Stability Management (PSM), and braking is handled by red four-piston Porsche-branded calipers over cross-drilled rotors measuring 12.5″ and 11.8″ front and rear, respectively.

The heated and ventilated power-adjustable seats are upholstered in black leather along with a color-coordinated dashboard and carpets. Amenities include a Bose sound system, automatic climate control, cruise control, and Porsche Communication Management (PCM) 3.0 with extended navigation. The seller states that the driver’s seat outer bolster and shift cable were replaced in 2022.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a central 8k-rpm tachometer, a 190-mph speedometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 60k miles.

The mid-mounted 3.4L flat-six is located ahead of the rear cargo area and was factory rated at 310 horsepower and 266 lb-ft of torque.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and an optional limited-slip differential. Records indicate that the transaxle was replaced in September 2010 at 12k miles and again in October 2012 at 25k miles.

The window sticker notes initial delivery to Porsche of Omaha in Nebraska and lists factory equipment, colors, options, and a total price of $67,750. A Porsche certificate of authenticity, manufacturer’s literature, and service records are also included in the sale.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
