This 1971 Triumph TR6 underwent a restomod process in 2017 and was acquired by the selling dealer in 2023. It is powered by a 350ci Chevrolet V8 linked with a five-speed manual transmission and a Ford 9″ differential and the bodywork is wrapped in burgundy vinyl over black vinyl upholstery. Equipment includes a reinforced steel frame, a front sway bar, rear coilovers, an aluminum fuel cell, front disc brakes, 15″ steel wheels, LED headlights, chrome bumperettes, a cabin heater, and a Pioneer CD stereo. Work in preparation for the sale included changing the oil and replacing the fuel pump and ignition components. This TR6 is offered at no reserve by the selling dealer with a clean Washington title.

The bodywork is wrapped in burgundy vinyl. Exterior details include LED headlights, a bullet-style driver mirror, a LeMans-style fuel filler cap, chrome-finished bumperettes, and dual center-exit exhaust outlets. Scuffs are visible on the exhaust tips, and the car does not have a top.

Silver 15″ steel wheels feature polished trim rings and are mounted with Hankook Ventus H101 tires. The suspension is modified with a front sway bar and rear coilovers, and stopping power is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.

The bolstered bucket seats are trimmed in black vinyl, and interior appointments include a cabin heater, a shell casing-style shift knob, and a Pioneer CD stereo linked to Focal and Kenwood speakers. The ignition switch operates intermittently.

The three-spoke steering wheel fronts a wood-veneer dashboard that houses white-dial Marshall instrumentation consisting of a 160-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 4k miles, which represents miles accumulated since the restoration.

An aluminum fuel cell is housed in the trunk.

The 350ci Chevrolet V8 was installed circa 2017 and features a Holley four-barrel carburetor, a Summit intake manifold, MSD electronic ignition, an aluminum radiator, and tubular shorty exhaust headers. Work in 2023 included changing the oil and replacing the fuel pump and distributor rotor and cap.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a Ford 9″ differential. Additional chassis bracing is fitted and weeping fluid is visible from the transmission pinion seal.
