This 2013 BMW M3 convertible is finished in BMW Individual Dakar Yellow over black Novillo leather with Lemon Yellow stitching. It remained with its original owner until 2022 and now has 14k miles. Power is provided by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, and equipment includes the Premium Package, Electronic Damping Control, Enhanced Premium Sound, 19″ forged Style 220 wheels, a limited-slip differential, a retractable hardtop, rear parking sensors, and heated front sport seats. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2022, this E93 M3 is now offered with window stickers, a luggage set, manufacturer’s literature, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.

BMW Individual Dakar Yellow (337) paint was a $5,000 option, and the car features a retractable hardtop, adaptive xenon headlights, rain-sensing wipers, power-folding mirrors, rear parking sensors, and quadruple exhaust outlets.

Forged 19″ Style 220 wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires measuring 245/35 up front and 265/35 out back. The left-front wheel has curb marks. The car features Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) and Electronic Damping Control (EDC). Braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively.

The heated power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in black Novillo leather with Lemon Yellow stitching, a $2,500 configuration. Carbon Structure Leather trim accents the dashboard and doors, and amenities include iDrive with navigation as well as Enhanced Premium Sound, a CD stereo, Comfort Access keyless entry, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control.

The multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel features paddle shifters along with tri-color stitching and frames an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 14k miles.

The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed M-DCT dual-clutch transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. The left-front underbody panel was replaced in October 2022.

The window stickers note initial delivery to BMW North Scottsdale in Phoenix, Arizona, and list factory equipment, colors, options, and a total suggested retail price of $89,695. A luggage set, spare kidney grilles, and service records are also included in the sale.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
