This 1980 MGB Roadster spent time in Texas before the seller’s acquisition in 2013. It is finished in Vermillion over black vinyl and is powered by a 1.8-liter inline-four paired with a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive. Equipment includes a black soft top, a black Bimini top, dual SU carburetors, a stainless-steel exhaust system, front disc brakes, 15″ Minilite-style wheels, a body-color front air dam, a chrome luggage rack, rubber bumpers, a cabin heater, a center console, a wind deflector, and a cassette stereo. Work in 2017 reportedly involved replacing the rear main seal, oil pan seal, head gasket, and clutch kit including the throwout bearing, while work in preparation for the sale consisted of changing the oil and replacing the battery. This MGB is offered at no reserve with a window sticker, a car cover, a cockpit cover, spare and removed parts, and a clean Washington title in the seller’s name.
