This 2003 Porsche Boxster S has remained registered in New York since it was new and now has under 36k miles. It is powered by a replacement 3.2-liter flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic over black standard leather. Features include a power-operated black soft top, 17″ Boxster S II wheels, a speed-activated rear spoiler, heated seats, and cruise control. The current owner purchased the car in 2017 and has since added approximately 6k miles. The axles as well as the rear control arm assemblies were replaced in May 2024. This 986.2 Boxster S is now offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner with a window sticker, service records back to 2008, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New York title in the owner’s name.

The car is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic and features a power-operated black soft top. Additional features include a speed-activated rear spoiler, side air intakes, and roll hoops. The seller notes a ding in the left rear quarter panel and that the fuel door release cable does not recoil.

The 17″ Boxster S II wheels are mounted with Hankook tires. Braking is handled by red four-piston Porsche-branded calipers fitted over cross-drilled rotors at all four corners. The axles as well as the rear control arm assemblies were replaced in May 2024.

The cabin features heated seats upholstered in black leather with debossed Porsche crests on the headrests. Features include a CD stereo, a wind deflector, cruise control, an onboard computer, and automatic climate control. The ignition switch was repaired in October 2023 and the right vanity mirror cover is missing.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a central tachometer, a 180-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates under 36k miles, approximately 6k of which were added under current ownership.

The original engine sustained intermediate shaft failure in September 2008, after which a replacement 3.2-liter flat-six was installed under warranty and is said to have since accrued approximately 19k miles. Records indicate that the water pump and thermostat housing were replaced in June 2021.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle.

The window sticker notes initial delivery to Feduke Motor Company in Binghamton, New York, and lists factory equipment, colors, options, and a total price of $55,360. Service records dating back to 2008 are also included in the sale.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage and notes at least one recall.
