This 1961 Chevrolet Corvette was modified and refurbished in 2010, which included repainting the exterior in red and white and fitting the body over a Corvette Correction fabricated chassis. The car is powered by a 400ci V8 equipped with electronic fuel injection, block-hugger headers, Brodix cylinder heads, and a Vintage Air front-runner serpentine drive system, and a four-speed automatic transmission is linked with a limited-slip differential. It rides on C4-specification suspension with power-assisted steering and four-wheel disc brakes along with 17″ Boze alloy wheels, and further equipment includes a hood scoop, a black soft top, and dual side mirrors. The cabin is trimmed in red vinyl and outfitted with Vintage Air climate control, a retro-look cassette stereo, an AutoMeter tachometer, and an aftermarket steering column. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2024, this modified C1 Corvette is offered with a clean Michigan title.

The car was refurbished in 2010 and is finished in red with white coves. It reportedly rides on a fabricated chassis from Corvette Correction of Seguin, Texas. Details include a black soft top, a hood scoop, dual side mirrors, quad headlights and taillights, an aftermarket grille, chrome bumpers, and stainless-steel trim. Close-up photos of the paint and trim are provided in the gallery.

Polished Boze 17” aluminum wheels are mounted with 245/45 front and 255/45 rear Nitto NT555 tires. The car utilizes a C4-style power rack-and-pinion steering, suspension, and power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes with red calipers.

The cabin features two bucket seats upholstered in red vinyl and joined by matching door panels. Interior equipment includes a dash-mounted rearview mirror, a heater, a floor shifter, a retro-look cassette stereo, and Vintage Air climate control.

The three-spoke steering wheel sits on an aftermarket column with an AutoMeter tachometer, and additional instrumentation includes a 160-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, amperage, oil pressure, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 29k miles, approximately 250 of which have been added by the selling dealer. Total mileage is unknown.

The 400ci V8 was installed in 2009, and it is equipped with FAST EZ-EFI fuel injection, Brodix cylinder heads, MSD ignition, a Vintage Air front-runner serpentine drive setup, and a polished billet air cleaner assembly and valve covers. An aluminum radiator and an electric fan provide cooling, and the temperature sending unit and thermostat housing gasket were replaced in June 2024.

A photo of the engine casting number is provided in the gallery.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed 700R4 automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential with 3.08:1 gears. Block-hugger headers flow to a dual exhaust system with an H-pipe and slash-cut finishers.
