This 2005 BMW 330Ci convertible was acquired by the seller on BaT in May 2023 and now has 97k miles. It is finished in Oxford Green Metallic over gray Montana leather upholstery and is powered by a 3.0-liter M54 inline-six paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes 17″ Style 98 wheels, a black convertible soft top, xenon headlights, fog lights, heated power-adjustable front seats, a Harman Kardon sound system, a BMW Business CD stereo, an aftermarket Bluetooth module, and automatic climate control. This E46 convertible is offered at no reserve with a clean Carfax report and a clean Maryland title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Oxford Green Metallic and features a black convertible soft top as well as xenon headlights with washers, fog lights, power-adjustable side mirrors, and dual exhaust outlets. The right front turn signal bulb and wiper blades were replaced in 2024. Paint chips on the front end and dents along the body are noted.

This is a relist after the vehicle was previously sold on BaT in August 2024 and the winning bidder failed to follow through with their commitment to purchase. This was not due to any fault with the vehicle. The winner’s participation on BaT has been restricted and their buyer’s fee was not refunded.

The 17″ Style 98 wheels are mounted with Continental SureContact tires with 2016 date codes. The car is equipped with Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) and All Season Traction (AST), and braking is handled by four-wheel ventilated discs. Replacement front brake pads were installed in April 2022, and the power steering reservoir seal was reportedly replaced in 2024.

The heated power-adjustable front seats are upholstered in gray Montana leather and are complemented by a color-coordinated lower dash, door panels, and carpets. Wood trim accents the cabin, and additional appointments include a Harman Kardon sound system, automatic climate control, carpeted floor mats, an aftermarket Bluetooth module, and cruise control. The seller states the headlight switch was replaced in 2023. Wear is noted on the center armrest and left door panel, the rearview mirror seal has failed, and seam separation can be seen on the driver’s seat.

The multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 155-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an inset fuel economy gauge, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 97k miles, approximately 6k of which were added under current ownership. The seller states a tamper dot coding issue was fixed following the previous auction.

The 3.0-liter M54B30 inline-six was factory rated at 225 horsepower and 214 lb-ft of torque.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission. Additional underside photos are provided in the gallery.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.

There is currently a lien on the car, and the seller’s lender will need to be paid off before the title can be transferred to the next owner.
