This 1971 Chevrolet Corvette convertible is finished in Mille Miglia Red over black leather and is powered by a 350ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission. The engine stamping’s CJL suffix is consistent with a 270hp V8 for use with manual transmissions.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transmission and a Positraction rear end. Maintenance in 2023 included changing the transmission gear oil and replacing the tail shaft bushing, the tail shaft seal, and U-joints. Differential fluid and Posi additive were also changed at this time.
