This 1968 MG MGB roadster received refurbishment work prior to the current owner’s 2003 acquisition out of California. It is finished in green over black leather and powered by a 1.8-liter inline-four paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Features include a black soft top, chrome 14″ knockoff wire wheels, front disc brakes, and twin SU carburetors. This MGB roadster is offered on dealer consignment in Missouri with service manuals, a car cover, and a clean Illinois title.

The bumpers were re-chromed and the fenders and doors were reportedly replaced before the body was repainted green during the refurbishment. Details include a black soft top, a left side mirror, wing windows, and chrome bumpers. Scratches are noted in the soft top window, and areas of bubbled paint are shown in the gallery below.

Chrome 14″ knockoff wire wheels are mounted with 185/70 Cooper Sportmaster GLT tires. Braking is handled by front discs and rear drums.

The interior was refreshed during the refurbishment and features low-back bucket seats trimmed in black leather with white piping that extends to the door panels.

The steering wheel fronts Smiths instrumentation including a 120-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and gauges displaying fuel level, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 64k miles, though the selling dealer notes that the total mileage is unknown.

The 1.8-liter inline-four was factory equipped with twin SU carburetors and rated at 95 horsepower and 110 lb-ft of torque. It is said to have been rebuilt as part of the aforementioned refurbishment. Recent work includes rebuilding one of the carburetors and resetting the timing.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission.
