This 1994 Mazda MX-5 Miata was modified under prior ownership with a Jackson Racing supercharger kit that was fitted to its 1.8-liter inline-four. A larger throttle body, a DDMWorks intake system, and MiataLink engine-management software were also added along with a Mishimoto radiator, aftermarket exhaust components, Bilstein shocks, 15″ Panasport wheels, a MOMO steering wheel, and a Sony CD stereo. Finished in Classic Red over tan leather upholstery, the car is further equipped with a five-speed manual transmission, a black convertible soft top and removable hardtop, front and rear spoilers, fog lights, auxiliary gauges, and air conditioning. Acquired by the selling dealer in September 2024, this NA Miata shows 76k miles and is now offered at no reserve with owner’s manuals, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New Jersey title.
The car is finished in Classic Red (SU) and features a black convertible soft top as well as a removable black hardtop. Exterior details include pop-up headlights, fog lights, chrome door handles, painted mirror caps, a front air dam, a rear spoiler, and a single exhaust outlet. The trunk strut is said to be weak, and the front bumper cover and right-front fender have been repainted along with the lower portions of the other three fenders.
Silver-finished 15″ Panasport wheels are wrapped in 205/50 Dunlop Direzza DZ 102 tires that have 2014 production-date codes. Bilstein shocks have been fitted to the independent double-wishbone suspension, and the car was factory-equipped with variable-assist power steering, front and rear stabilizer bars, and four-wheel disc brakes. The brake fluid was flushed in September 2024.
The bucket seats are upholstered in tan leather and are accompanied by color-coordinated door panels and carpeting. Additional appointments include a Sony AM/FM/CD stereo, air conditioning, a wind deflector, chrome roll hoops, woodgrain trim, and a Link engine-management controller in the center console.
The MOMO steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level, while AutoMeter gauges for fuel/air ratio and boost pressure have been added to the A-pillar and center stack, respectively. The six-digit odometer shows 76k miles, approximately 150 of which were added under current ownership.
The 1.8-liter DOHC inline-four was modified under prior ownership with a Jackson Racing forced-induction kit that included a JB Performance supercharger. An aluminum strut-tower brace spans the engine bay, and a DDMWorks intake system, a 64mm throttle body, and MiataLink engine-management software have also been fitted along with a Mishimoto radiator, a Track Dog Racing belt tensioner, and aftermarket exhaust components. The timing belt was replaced in 2021, and an oil change and battery replacement were carried out in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission. There is rust on some underside surfaces, with additional photos viewable in the gallery.
Owner’s manuals and spare keys will accompany the car along with service records.
The Carfax report is free of accident or damage entries.
