This 2004 BMW 330Ci convertible was initially registered in Hawaii where it spent approximately ten years before a relocation to Arizona where it was purchased by the seller’s son in August 2024. The car is powered by a 3.0-liter inline-six paired with a five-speed automatic transmission and is fitted with the ZHP Performance Package, which added revised aerodynamic bodywork, a sport suspension, and a revised final drive ratio and engine tuning. It is finished in Imola Red over black Montana leather, and features include front sport seats, 18″ M Double Spoke wheels, a black convertible top, xenon headlights, a Harman Kardon sound system, and Kenwood infotainment screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability. This ZHP convertible has 76k miles, and it is now offered by the seller on behalf of their son with the owner’s manual, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the owner’s name.

The car is finished in Imola Red (405) and features a power-retractable black soft top as well as an aerodynamic package that includes revised bumper covers and side skirts. Additional features include adaptive xenon headlights, fog lamps, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and twin exhaust outlets. The front bumper cover was refinished under prior ownership and the hood struts were replaced in March 2023. An area of touched-up paint on the passenger’s door as well as paint chips on the front end are shown in detail in the gallery.

Silver 18″ M Double Spoke wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich g-Force Comp-2 tires that were installed in May 2024. The ZHP Performance Package added a stiffer sport suspension, revised control arms, and larger anti-roll bars when compared to the standard E46. The car is also equipped with Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). A brake fluid flush was performed in March 2023, a power steering return line and various hoses were replaced in October 2023, and the rear brake pads and rotors were replaced in April 2023.

The cabin features front sport seats trimmed in black Montana leather, while black cube aluminum trim accents the dash, center console, and door panels. Amenities include driver seat memory settings, automatic climate control, cruise control, a Harman Kardon sound system, and a Kenwood infotainment screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability. Wear on various trim pieces is shown in detail in the gallery.

The multi-function M sport steering wheel frames a 155-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature, instant fuel economy, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 76k miles, approximately 500 of which were added during current ownership.

The 3.0-liter M54 inline-six features upgraded engine management software along with revised camshafts for a factory rating of 235 horsepower and 222 lb-ft of torque in ZHP specification. The serpentine belt and an idler pulley were replaced in October 2020, the upper radiator hose and the coolant expansion tank were replaced in July 2021, the battery was replaced in March 2023, and the exhaust camshaft sensor and the windshield washer pump were replaced in October 2023.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission. The transmission shift selector seal was replaced in October 2023.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other damage.
