This 2004 Ford Thunderbird was ordered with the Light Sand Appearance Package and was first registered in New Jersey, and it later spent time in Florida and Delaware before it was acquired by the seller in 2023. Now indicating 16k miles, the car is finished in Merlot Metallic over Light Sand leather. Power is provided by a 3.9-liter V8 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission, and equipment includes a Light Sand soft top, a body-color removable hardtop, 17″ seven-spoke chrome Premium wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated and power-adjustable seats, and a JVC touchscreen stereo. This Thunderbird is offered with factory literature, a hardtop stand, a removed stereo, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Merlot Metallic (FX) and features a matching removable hardtop with porthole windows as well as a power-operated Light Sand soft top. Additional exterior details include an egg-crate grille, a hood scoop, a polished windshield surround, Thunderbird-script badges, and a dual-outlet exhaust system. The seller states that the convertible top motor was replaced in preparation for the sale.

Chrome-finished 17″ seven-spoke Premium wheels wear Thunderbird-branded center caps and were reportedly mounted with 235/50 Michelin tires in 2021. The car is equipped with four-wheel independent suspension and ventilated disc brakes.

The heated and power-adjustable seats are trimmed in Light Sand leather with black stitching, and color-coordinated trim covers the gearshift knob. Appointments include dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, bronze-tone door sill plates and interior trim, and a JVC touchscreen stereo in addition to power windows, door locks, and mirrors. The heater valve was replaced in December 2023, at which time the air-conditioning refrigerant was recharged.

The four-spoke steering wheel features a Light Sand leather-wrapped rim, and it sits ahead of cream-dial instrumentation consisting of a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 16k miles, approximately 1k of which were added by the seller.

The 3.9-liter V8 features dual overhead camshafts per cylinder bank with variable valve timing, and it produced 280 horsepower and 286 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission with a SelectShift manual shifting mode.

Additional underside photos can be viewed in the gallery.

The removed factory stereo is included in the sale along with a hardtop stand, factory literature, and service records.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in New Jersey, Delaware, and Florida.
