This 2018 Mazda MX-5 Miata Club was purchased by the current owner on BaT in October 2023 from its original owner, and its 2.0-liter inline-four has been modified with an Edelbrock E-Force supercharger, an aftermarket header, and a Mishimoto oil cooler. The car is finished in Machine Gray Metallic over a black interior and has also been fitted with a Goodwin Racing big brake kit, Öhlins coilovers, a Big Dog roll bar, and a Global Miata grille. Additional equipment includes a six-speed manual transmission, a limited-slip differential, a black soft top, 17″ BBS wheels, air conditioning, heated seats, Bose audio, and a 7″ Mazda Connect touchscreen infotainment system. The cylinder head was replaced at Young Mazda of Missoula, Montana, in April 2024. The cabin features heated seats upholstered in black leather with red stitching. Body-color trim accents the upper door panels, and amenities include a nine-speaker Bose sound system with headrest-mounted speakers in addition to air conditioning, cruise control, removable cup holders, and a Mazda Connect infotainment system with a 7″ touchscreen. The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel frames a central tachometer, a 150-mph speedometer, and a digital display showing engine temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 12k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.
The Skyactiv-G 2.0-liter DOHC inline-four has been modified with an Edelbrock E-Force supercharger and a Mishimoto oil cooler. The cylinder head was replaced at Young Mazda of Missoula, Montana, in April 2024 after warping was diagnosed. The pre-cat section of the exhaust has been removed to accommodate the aftermarket header.
