This 1974 Jaguar E-Type Series III roadster is powered by a 5.3-liter V12 linked with a four-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The car is finished in Old English White over tan leather, and features include a black soft top, four-wheel disc brakes, power steering, 15” knock-off wire wheels, quadruple carburetors, a CD stereo, and air conditioning. This Series III E-Type was acquired by the selling dealer in 2023 and is now offered with the owner’s manual and a clean North Carolina title.

The car is finished in Old English White and features a black soft top, uncovered headlights, a forward-hinged louvered hood, a rear luggage rack, quad exhaust outlets, and a power antenna.

The 15″ wire-spoke wheels are secured with knock-off spinners and are mounted with 215/70 Cooper Trendsetter SE whitewall tires. The Series III E-Type was factory equipped with power steering, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with inboard-mounted rear rotors.

The cabin features seating surfaces upholstered in tan leather as well as color-coordinated door panels. Interior amenities include a CD stereo, a locking glovebox, and air conditioning.

The steering wheel frames Smiths instrumentation including a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline. An analog clock along with auxiliary gauges for voltage, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level are mounted in the center stack. The five-digit odometer shows 37k miles.

The 5.3-liter V12 was factory equipped with quadruple Zenith-Stromberg carburetors and was rated at 241 horsepower and 285 lb-ft of torque when new.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
