This 1958 Pontiac Bonneville is one of 3,096 convertibles produced for the model year, and reportedly one of just 91 Pontiacs built for 1958 with a fuel-injected 370ci V8 and air conditioning. It was refurbished under previous ownership before it was purchased by the current owner in 2019. The car is finished in two-tone red and white over matching leather upholstery, and additional features include a Super Hydra-Matic four-speed automatic transmission, power-assisted steering and drum brakes, a power-operated white soft top, dual fender-mounted spotlights, a power retractable antenna, power windows, an Autronic Eye headlight dimmer, a Safeguard speedometer unit, a removable Sportable AM radio, a rear speaker, and front and rear bucket seats. This Bonneville was awarded an Antique Automobile Club of America National First Prize at Saratoga Springs, New York, in June 2024, and it is now offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner with copies of correspondence between a previous owner and the Pontiac Motor Division as well as a transferable New York registration document.
