2005 Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet 6-Speed

This 2005 Porsche 911 Turbo S cabriolet is a US-market car that was first delivered to Porsche North Scottsdale in Phoenix, Arizona. It was registered in Arizona, Oregon, and Virginia prior to being imported into British Columbia in December 2009. It has 81k kilometers (~50k miles), and it was purchased by the seller in May 2020. Finished in Seal Grey Metallic over Graphite Grey leather, the car is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six that drives all four wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle. Features include a speed-activated rear spoiler, a power-operated Metropol Blue soft top, bi-xenon headlights, integrated fog lights, 18″ BBS RS wheels, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), power-adjustable front seats, and automatic climate control. This 996 Turbo cabriolet is now offered in Canada with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, service records, a wind deflector, a spare set of wheels, a clean Carfax report, and British Columbia registration.

The car is finished in Seal Grey Metallic (6B4) with a Metropol Blue convertible soft top. Additional features include xenon headlights, fog lights, a speed-activated rear spoiler, stainless steel exhaust outlets as well as wider rear bodywork, rear air intakes, and revised bumper covers in comparison to the contemporary Carrera. The aftermarket headlight trim is secured with double-sided tape.

The 18″ BBS RS wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport N3 tires, which show date codes from 2018 and 2019. The car is equipped with Porsche Stability Management (PSM) and an automatic brake differential. Braking is from Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) featuring yellow-painted six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers. The power steering fluid was changed in September 2022, and the brake fluid was changed in July 2024. The sale includes a set of Turbo Twist wheels.

The cabin features seating surfaces trimmed in Graphite Grey leather, and features include power-adjustable front seats with debossed Porsche crests on the headrests. Additional equipment includes driver-seat memory settings, carbon-fiber trim, a CD stereo, and automatic climate control. The remote six-disc CD changer does not work.

The leather- and carbon-fiber-trmmed steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a central tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 81k kilometers (~50k miles), approximately 20k of which were added under current ownership.

The twin-turbocharged 3.6L Mezger flat-six included the Turbo Power Kit as standard, which included revised engine management software and larger turbochargers and intercoolers for a factory rating of 444 horsepower and 457 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle. The clutch hydraulic accumulator was replaced in May 2021, and the oil pressure sender was replaced in September 2023. Work in June 2024 included an oil change and replacing the air filter.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Porsche North Scottsdale in Phoenix, Arizona, along with factory equipment, colors, and a total price of $154,750.

The vehicle does not have a title and is being sold on its British Columbia registration, which serves as the ownership document in British Columbia, Canada.
