This 2006 BMW 330Ci convertible is equipped with the ZHP Performance Package and spent time in California and South Carolina before it was sold on BaT in October 2019, and it was acquired by the seller on BaT in June 2022.  Finished in Monaco Blue Metallic over gray leather, the car is powered by a 3.0-liter inline-six paired with a six-speed manual transmission. The car is equipped with a revised final drive ratio, aerodynamic bodywork, a dark blue convertible top, Park Distance Control, xenon headlights, a sport suspension, 18″ M Double Spoke wheels, heated and power-adjustable front sport seats, a Harman Kardon sound system, and Turner Motorsports Shark Injector performance software. Work under current ownership is said to have included replacing the valve cover gasket, coolant expansion tank, alternator, body control module, brake pads and rotors, front anti-roll bar end links, and various seat control components. This ZHP convertible is offered with service records, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Monaco Blue Metallic (A35) with a color-coordinated power-retractable soft top. An aerodynamic package including revised bumper covers and side skirts was specified as part of the ZHP Performance Package. The exterior also features adaptive xenon headlights, fog lamps, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and dual exhaust outlets. The hood was refinished in November 2022.

Silver 18″ M Double Spoke wheels are mounted with 225/40 front and 255/35 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The ZHP Performance Package added a stiffer sport suspension, revised control arms, and larger anti-roll bars when compared to the standard E46. The car is also equipped with Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). The front and rear brake pads and rotors were replaced in preparation for the sale along with the rear bump stops and the front anti-roll bar end links.

The seats are trimmed in gray Montana leather. Appointments include automatic climate control, cruise control, a wind deflector, silver cube aluminum trim, Coco floor mats, heated front sport seats with driver-side position memory settings, and a Harman Kardon sound system as well as a BMW Business CD player that has reportedly been modified to add mobile phone and satellite radio connectivity. The seller reports that the car was involved in a flood in September 2022, and subsequent service included repairing the seat control harness, recharging the air-conditioning refrigerant, and replacing the body control module, seat control module, and seat motors. Photos showing the condition of the vehicle with approximately two inches of water on the floor and of the areas after treatment was performed are viewable in the gallery below. The cabin air filter was replaced in April 2024, at which time the airbag control module was reprogrammed. The driver-side power front seat switches require two presses to move the seat, while the fore-aft movement of the passenger-side front seat is reversed. Wear is visible on the center stack storage covers and the outer bolster of the driver’s seat.

The multifunction M sport steering wheel frames a 155-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature, instant fuel economy, and fuel level. The digital odometer shows 50k miles, approximately 4,700 of which were added under current ownership. The Carfax report lists mileage inconsistencies in December 2008 and January 2015.

The 3.0-liter M54 inline-six is reportedly equipped with Turner Motorsports Shark Injector performance software. Work under previous ownership is said to have involved replacing the water pump, thermostat, radiator hoses, and spark plugs. The valve cover gasket was changed in March 2023, while the air filter, serpentine belt tensioner, and idler pulley were replaced in April 2024. Maintenance since June 2024 included replacing the alternator, coolant expansion tank, coolant level sensor, and coolant tank cap.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage, displays the aforementioned mileage inconsistencies, and lists history in California, South Carolina, and Florida.
