This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro convertible was refurbished under prior ownership, reportedly in 2014, with work that included a repaint in Ash Gold as well as a rebuild of the 396ci V8, which is linked to a four-speed manual transmission and a Positraction differential. Equipment includes a black convertible soft top, front and rear spoilers, power-assisted front disc brakes, power steering, an SS-style hood with raised simulated air intakes, and SS badging and stripes. A RetroSound stereo, a Hurst shifter, and chrome 15″ Cragar S/S wheels have also been added. The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in gold vinyl along with a coordinated dash pad, door panels, and carpets. A Hurst shifter is installed along with a RetroSound digital stereo unit.

The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and an analog clock, while auxiliary gauges for voltage, coolant temperature, fuel level, and oil pressure are mounted on the center console. The five-digit odometer shows 36k miles, approximately 300 of which were added under current ownership.

The 396ci V8 is topped with an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold and four-barrel carburetor. The selling dealer note the engine was rebuilt during the refurbishment, at which time the block was decked and the engine stamps were removed.
