This 1987 Porsche 911 Turbo cabriolet is one of approximately 180 examples North American market examples produced for the model year, and it was purchased by the current owner in 1995. The car is powered by a turbocharged 3.3-liter flat-six paired with a four-speed manual transaxle and is finished in silver over gray leather upholstery. Equipment includes 16″ Fuchs alloy wheels, four-wheel cross-drilled and ventilated disc brakes, a black soft top, power-adjustable sport seats, an Alpine head unit, and air conditioning. This 930 Turbo cabriolet is now by the seller on behalf of the current owner with a clean Carfax report and a clean Arizona title in the owner’s name.
The car has been repainted silver and features a black convertible soft top that is said to have been replaced. Additional exterior details include headlight washers, integrated fog lights, black stone guards ahead of the rear wheels, and quad exhaust outlets. The seller notes paint blemishes on the right front fender and around the body, and close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery below.
Staggered-width 16″ Fuchs alloy wheels have black centers and are mounted with Bridgestone Potenza Sport tires that have 2021 date codes. Braking is handled by four-wheel cross-drilled and ventilated discs.
The power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in gray leather and are complemented by a color-coordinated center console and door panels. Amenities include air conditioning, an analog clock, power windows, and an Alpine head unit linked to aftermarket speakers and a subwoofer enclosure under the rear seats.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a central tachometer with a 6,700-rpm redline as well as a 170-mph speedometer and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, oil level, fuel level, and boost pressure. The six-digit odometer shows 34,654 miles, and an odometer reading of 35k miles is listed on the 1995 Arizona title.
The turbocharged 3.3-liter flat-six was factory-rated at 282 horsepower and 278 lb-ft of torque. The engine is said to have been rebuilt with Mahle pistons and cylinders in 2022, and an aftermarket exhaust system has been fitted.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transaxle.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage from its first entry in August 1992.
