This 1977 MGB Roadster has been fitted with a 215ci V8, a five-speed manual transmission, and a 9″ Ford rear axle and refinished in red over Ochre leather. Equipment includes a tan soft top and top boot, a rear luggage rack, silver 14″ eight-spoke wheels, cross-drilled and slotted front disc brakes, an Edelbrock intake manifold, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, and a Craig AM/FM/cassette radio. This MGB is offered by the selling dealer with an owner’s manual and a New Hampshire title.
The car has been refinished in red and features a tan soft top and top boot, a trunk-mounted luggage rack, door-mounted mirrors, and chrome bumpers with overriders.
Silver 14″ eight-spoke wheels are mounted with 195/70 Yokohama Avid Touring S tires. A spare wheel and tire are located in the trunk. Braking is handled by power-assisted cross-drilled and slotted discs up front and drums out back. The suspension featured a raised ride height.
The bucket seats are trimmed in Ochre leather that extends to the door panels. Interior appointments include a center console with storage under the armrest in addition to a locking glove box, a Craig AM/FM/cassette radio, and a heater.
The wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows approximately 100k miles.
A 215ci V8 is said to have been rebuilt before it was installed under previous ownership and it is equipped with an Edelbrock intake manifold and an open-element air cleaner.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a Tremec T-5 five-speed manual transmission and a 9″ Ford rear axle. The car is fitted with an aftermarket exhaust system with a DC Sports tip.
The current New Hampshire title carries an “Antique Vehicle” brand.
