This 2003 Chevrolet Corvette is a 50th Anniversary Edition convertible that is powered by a 5.7-liter LS1 V8 paired with a four-speed automatic gearbox and is finished in 50th Anniversary Red Metallic over Shale leather. The car has spent time in Michigan, Florida, and Missouri where the selling dealer recently acquired it, and it now has under 35k miles. Equipment includes a Shale convertible soft top, 17″ and 18″ five-spoke wheels, a limited-slip differential, Magnetic Selective Ride Control, power-adjustable seats, a head-up display, and a Bose sound system. This C5 convertible is now offered by the selling dealer with manufacturer’s literature, a car cover, seat covers, and a clean Missouri title.

The car is finished in 50th Anniversary Red Metallic and features a Shale convertible soft top, pop-up headlights, fog lights, a Corvette-branded front plate cover, and quad exhaust outlets. The Carfax report notes that the rear and right rear of the car sustained “disabling” damage in a March 2013 accident where the car hit a concrete traffic barrier. The selling dealer states this was due to the car backing over a parking block damaging the right-rear wheel and tire, and both were replaced to address the damage. Noted existing imperfections include stone chips on the front bumper cover and chips in the left door and right-rear quarter panel.

Five-spoke wheels measure 17″ in diameter up front and 18″ out back and are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus tires measuring 245/45 up front and 275/40 out back. The car is equipped with Active Handling and Magnetic Selective Ride Control suspension. Braking is handled by four-wheel ventilated discs.

The cabin features two power-adjustable bucket seats trimmed in Shale leather with 50th-anniversary logos embroidered on the headrests. Amenities include a head-up display, driver-seat position memory settings, air conditioning, a CD stereo, a Bose sound system, and cruise control.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 35k miles.

The 5.7-liter LS1 V8 was factory rated at 350 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic gearbox and a limited-slip differential.

Manufacturer’s literature, a car cover, and seat covers are included in the sale.

The Carfax report notes the aforementioned accident entry.
