This 1975 Triumph TR6 was refurbished around 2010 and was purchased out of Texas by the seller in 2021. It is finished in red over brown vinyl and is powered by a 2.5-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a black convertible top, 15″ steel wheels, dual Zenith-Stromberg carburetors, and a Pioneer CD stereo. The spark plugs and valve-cover gasket were replaced in November 2023, the ignition timing and valves were adjusted, and the oil and coolant were changed. This TR6 is now offered service records, a tonneau cover, a car cover, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.

Finished from the factory in Pimento Red (72), the car was repainted during the aforementioned refurbishment and features a black convertible top, a top boot, a plastic air dam, a black tail panel, Union Jack decals, a quick-release fuel cap, a driver-side mirror, and chrome bumpers with rubber overriders. The seller notes three spots of touched-up paintwork.

Silver 15″ steel wheels feature polished trim rings and are mounted with Yokohama YK520 tires manufactured in 2006, and an older Dunlop spare is located in the trunk. Braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. In 2021, the brake master cylinder, rear wheel cylinders and shoes, brake hoses, PDWA valve, trailing-arm bushings, trailing-arm brackets, and axle-shaft gaiters were replaced.

The cabin features bucket seats upholstered in brown vinyl, and interior appointments include a Pioneer CD stereo, aftermarket speakers in the center stack and behind the seats, a wood dashboard, door pockets, and a locking glovebox. The seatbelts were replaced in 2021, and insulation was fitted beneath the carpeting. The heater fan is inoperable.

The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer and a 7k-rpm tachometer, while gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level are positioned in the center of the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows 4,200 miles, approximately 2,200 of which were added under current ownership. True mileage is unknown. The speedometer-pinion oil seal and gasket were replaced in 2021.

The 2.5-liter inline-six features dual Zenith-Stromberg carburetors, which were rebuilt in 2021. That same year, the flywheel was resurfaced and the rear engine seal was replaced along with the pressure plate, release bearing, coolant hoses, thermostat and gasket, alternator belt, heat shielding, battery tray, and oil-pan gasket. The carburetor diaphragm, spark plugs, and valve-cover gasket were replaced in November 2023, the mechanical advance and ignition timing were set, the valves and carburetors were adjusted, the valve cover was refinished, and the oil and coolant were changed. The air pump is seized and disconnected.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. The universal joints, differential pinion and stub-axle seals, split-case seal, and differential mounts were replaced in 2021, as were the transmission oil seals and tail-shaft gasket. Corrosion is noted on underbody components.
