The car underwent bodywork and was refinished in red in 2007. It is fitted with a retractable white roof panel and rear soft top as well as US-market overriders, twin kidney grilles, and sliding side windows.

The 10″ steel wheels wear polished BMW covers and are mounted with BFGoodrich Silvertown tires tires. The Isetta features a coil-spring suspension up front paired with leaf springs out back, and stopping power is provided by hydraulically actuated drum brakes.

The air-cooled 298cc single is accessed via a panel on the right side of the car and was factory rated at 13 horsepower. Service in preparation for the sale is said to have involved replacing the carburetor, battery, and fuel line as well as performing a tune-up.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual gearbox and an enclosed drive chain.
