This 2006 BMW 330Ci convertible is powered by a 3.0-liter M54 inline-six paired with a five-speed automatic transmission and is equipped with the ZHP Performance Package, which added revised aerodynamic bodywork, a sport suspension, and a revised final drive ratio. The car is finished in Silver Gray Metallic over black Montana leather and features a power-retractable black soft top, xenon headlights, 18″ M Double Spoke wheels, heated power-adjustable front sport seats, automatic climate control, a BMW Business CD stereo, and a Harman Kardon sound system. Acquired by the seller in 2007, this ZHP convertible now has 50k miles and is offered at no reserve with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, service records, a Carfax report, and a clean Colorado title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Silver Gray Metallic (A08) and features a power-retractable black soft top as well as an aerodynamic package that includes revised bumper covers and side skirts. Additional features include adaptive xenon headlights, fog lamps, rain-sensing windshield wipers, tinted windows, and twin exhaust outlets. A November 2013 entry on the Carfax report lists damage to the left and right sides of the car. The seller states that the front bumper guides were epoxied in July 2021. Scratches and imperfections are visible on the lower portion of the front bumper cover and the seller notes scuffs on the left-front wheel arch paint protection film.

This is a relist after the vehicle was previously sold on BaT in June 2023 and the sale was not completed due to extenuating circumstances. This was not due to any fault with the vehicle.

Silver 18″ M Double Spoke wheels are mounted with 225/40 front and 255/35 rear Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. The ZHP Performance Package added a stiffer sport suspension, revised control arms, and larger anti-roll bars when compared to the standard E46. The car is also equipped with Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). Curb marks are visible on the wheels.

The power-adjustable heated front sport seats and contoured rear seats are trimmed in black Montana leather while black cube aluminum trim accents the dash, center console, and door panels. Amenities include automatic climate control, cruise control, a BMW Business CD stereo, and a Harman Kardon sound system. Wear is visible on the center console soft-touch surfaces and the left door pull.

The multi-function M sport steering wheel frames a 155-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline as well as gauges for fuel level, instant fuel economy, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 50k miles, approximately 41k of which were added under current ownership.

The 3.0-liter M54 inline-six features upgraded engine management software along with revised camshafts for a factory rating of 235 horsepower and 222 lb-ft of torque in ZHP specification. Both air mass meter boots and hood struts were replaced in June 2021. The oil was most recently changed in July 2023.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Gebhardt Motors Inc. in Boulder, Colorado, along with colors, equipment, and options. Manufacturer’s literature, service records, a battery charger, a car cover, and three keys are also included in the sale.

The Carfax report lists the aforementioned damage report.

The lien listed on the current Colorado title was released in March 2010. The photos in the gallery were taken in June 2023.
