This 1985 Ferrari Mondial Quattrovalvole cabriolet was purchased by the current owner in 1997 and now shows 14k miles following. The car is powered by a 2.9-liter F105A V8 paired with a five-speed manual transaxle, and it is finished in Azzurro Metallizzato over blue leather upholstery. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, 390mm five-spoke alloy wheels, a blue soft top, a convertible top boot, a gated shifter, an Alpine cassette stereo, power windows, and air conditioning. This Mondial Quattrovalvole cabriolet is offered on dealer consignment with manufacturer’s literature, a tool kit, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Illinois title in the name of the owner’s LLC.

The Pininfarina-styled bodywork is finished in Azzurro Metallizzato and features a blue soft top, a convertible top boot, pop-up headlights, integrated front fog lights, side air intakes, black lower bodywork, and quadruple exhaust outlets. Paint touch-ups have been applied to the left front fender, and close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery below.

Metric 390mm five-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin tires. Braking is handled by four-wheel vented discs.

The four-place cabin features seating surfaces upholstered in blue leather along with a color-coordinated lower dashboard, center console, and door trim. Interior features include a gated shifter, an Alpine cassette stereo, power windows, and air conditioning.

The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7,750-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 14k miles, approximately 2,500 of which were added under current ownership.

The replacement transverse 2.9-liter F105A V8 was installed in November 1999. The engine was upgraded in the Quattrovalvole model with four valves per cylinder, and it features an aluminum construction, two overhead camshafts per cylinder bank, and Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection to produce a factory-rated 230 horsepower and 188 lb-ft of torque.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential.

A tool kit, manufacturer’s literature, and service records will accompany the sale.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.

The Illinois title is listed as a duplicate.
