This 1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 cabriolet was initially delivered to Lloyd Nissan in Panama City, Florida, and it shows 32k miles following the current owner’s purchase in 2021. The car is powered by a 3.2-liter M104 inline-six paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and is finished in Smoke Silver Metallic over Parchment leather upholstery. Equipment includes a brown convertible soft top, silver 15″ Alamak alloy wheels, heated power-adjustable front seats, a wind deflector, a cassette stereo, automatic climate control, and cruise control. This A124 E320 is offered on dealer consignment at no reserve with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, and a clean Florida title.

The car is finished in Smoke Silver Metallic and features a power-operated brown convertible soft top, headlight wipers, a power-telescoping antenna, bright trim, asymmetrical side mirrors, and a single eccentric-sweep windshield wiper. A February 2024 entry on the Carfax report lists “very minor damage” to the rear of the car. The hood, trunk, and right rear quarter panel have been refinished, and Close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery below.

Silver 15″ Alamak alloy wheels are mounted with Bridgestone tires. Braking is handled by four-wheel ventilated discs.

The cabin features heated power-adjustable front seats upholstered in Parchment leather along with a color-coordinated dashboard, center console, door panels, and carpets. Burl wood accents the dash, center stack, and doors, while amenities include a wind deflector, a cassette stereo, automatic climate control, and cruise control.

The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,400-rpm redline as well as an analog clock and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 32k miles, approximately 5k of which were added under current ownership.

The 3.2-liter M104 inline-six features four valves per cylinder and was factory rated at 217 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Lloyd Nissan in Panama City, Florida, as well as factory colors, equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $79,595.

The Carfax report lists the aforementioned February 2024 damage.
