This 1954 Chevrolet Corvette is the 2,019th of 3,640 examples produced for the model year, and it was restored under prior ownership between 2013 and 2015. The car was subsequently awarded NCRS Top Flight Awards, an NCRS Duntov Mark of Excellence Award, Bloomington Gold certification, Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals Concours Gold certification, and Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals Triple Diamond certification. Power is provided by a 235ci “Blue Flame” inline-six paired with a two-speed Powerglide automatic transmission, and the car is finished in Sportsman Red over red vinyl. Features include 15” red-finished steel wheels with faux knock-off spinners as well as a beige soft top, a curved windshield, clip-on side curtains, wire mesh headlight guards, an AM radio, a heater, and a dash-mounted rear-view mirror. This C1 Corvette was acquired by the selling dealer in 2024 and is now offered in Bellevue, Washington, with spare parts, the aforementioned certificates and awards, and a clean Texas title.

The body was removed from the frame and refinished in Sportsman Red during the refurbishment completed in 2015. Equipment includes a beige convertible top, a curved windshield, wire mesh headlight guards, a driver-side mirror, and clip-on side curtains with Plexi-glass windows as well as Chevrolet fender badging, a three-piece rear bumper, and dual exhaust outlets exiting through the rear valance.

Red-finished 15” steel wheels feature polished covers with faux knock-off spinners and are mounted with 6.70-15 Firestone whitewall tires. The C1 was equipped from the factory with an independent front suspension, front and rear hydraulic shocks, and a live rear axle with semi-elliptical leaf springs. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel drum brakes.

The bucket seats are faired into the rear bodywork and are trimmed in red vinyl, and they are complemented by a color-coordinated dash pad and door panels. Interior appointments include a dash-mounted rear-view mirror, a push-button AM radio, an analog clock, a heater, courtesy lights, a floor-mounted shifter, and polished door sills. The seller notes the trunk mat bears the signature of Chauncey Williams, a GM design engineer involved with the development of the C1 Corvette body.

The two-spoke steering wheel features a chrome horn ring and fronts a 140-mph speedometer. A central 5k-rpm tachometer is flanked by gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, amperage, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 58k miles, less than a handful of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.

The 235ci “Blue Flame” inline-six was factory equipped with three Carter YH side-draft carburetors.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a two-speed Powerglide automatic transmission.

Awards that will accompany the car include NCRS Chapter, Regional, and National Top Flight Awards from 2015 and 2016, an NCRS Duntov Mark of Excellence Award from 2016, Bloomington Gold certification from 2015, Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals Concours Gold certification from 2015, and Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals Triple Diamond Certification from 2016.

A coolant tank cap, fuel cap, cigarette lighter, and key intended for judging purposes will accompany the car.
