This 2000 Bentley Azure was first registered in Delaware and was acquired by the seller in California in 2013, and it was offered on BaT in March 2022. The car is finished in Wildberry Mica over Magnolia leather upholstery and is powered by a turbocharged 6.75-liter V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes an electronically controlled suspension, a power-folding soft top, heated and power-adjustable front seats with position memory, and an aftermarket Sony stereo with Bluetooth connectivity. This Azure has 29k miles and is offered with a build certificate, manufacturer’s literature, service records, two keys, a battery maintainer, a Bentley-branded car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The first generation Azure was developed in collaboration with Pininfarina and based on the Continental R. This example is finished in Wildberry Mica and features a color-coordinated power-operated convertible top, a Magnolia convertible top boot, mesh grilles, red-accented Bentley badging, and a polished twin-tip exhaust outlet. The seller states that the left rear corner was repainted in 2019, and a close-up photo of peeling clear coat on the hood is viewable in the previous listing for the car.

Optional chrome-plated 17″ wheels are wrapped in 255/55 Goodyear Eagle RS-A tires. The car rides on an electronically controlled suspension, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with dual calipers up front. The seller reports that work in 2019 included rebuilding the steering rack along with replacing the front brake rotors, front brake pads, and rear gas springs.

The cabin features heated and power-adjustable front seats upholstered in Magnolia leather that was specially ordered to extend to the upper and lower dashboard, center console, and door panels. Optional Birdseye maple wood trim accents the interior, and amenities include front seat position memory, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, and an aftermarket Sony stereo with Bluetooth connectivity. The left outer seat bolster and floor mat are worn, and a chip is noted on the Birdseye maple wooden shift knob.

The wood- and leather-trimmed steering wheel sits ahead of a central information display flanked by a 170-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 4,500-rpm redline. An analog clock and auxiliary gauges are housed in the center stack. The digital odometer indicates 29k miles, approximately 2,500 of which were added under current ownership.

The 6.75-liter V8 is equipped with a single Garrett turbocharger and was factory rated at 385 horsepower and 550 lb-ft of torque. The seller notes the battery has a draw when parked for extended periods of time, and the accessory drive belts are said to have been replaced in 2019. The car most recently passed a California emissions inspection in September 2023.

Power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery.

Manufacturer’s literature, two keys with remote fobs, the removed factory Alpine cassette stereo, an optional cell phone, a battery maintainer, and a Bentley-branded car cover are included in the sale.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
