This 1974 Triumph TR6 spent time in Maine and Ohio before it was purchased by the seller, actor Adam Goldberg, in 2023. Finished in Maple over Chestnut vinyl, the car is powered by a 2.5-liter inline-six mated to a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive. Equipment includes a black convertible top, dual Zenith-Stromberg carburetors, front disc brakes, 15″ steel wheels, chrome bumpers, a cabin heater, and a cassette stereo. Work in preparation for the sale included changing the oil, replacing the fuel filter, battery, and alternator, and servicing the brake system. This TR6 is offered in New York with a tonneau cover, an owner’s manual, service records, spare parts, and a clean Ohio title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Maple (73) with Union Jack decals and features a black convertible top, a plastic front air dam, a bullet-style driver mirror, and chrome-finished bumpers. The antenna is broken and internal webbing straps of the top are damaged. A Chestnut top boot and replacement tonneau cover accompany the car.
Silver 15″ steel wheels feature polished trim rings and are mounted with Michelin tires. Stopping power is provided by front disc and rear drum brakes. Work under current ownership included replacing the brake master cylinder and rear wheel cylinders.
The bucket seats are upholstered in Chestnut vinyl that extends to the door panels. Appointments include a cabin heater, a wood shift knob, Triumph-branded floor mats, and a Pioneer cassette stereo. The driver window does not operate smoothly, as depicted in the video gallery.

The three-spoke steering wheel wears an aftermarket wrap and fronts a wood-veneer dashboard that houses Smiths instrumentation consisting of a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, fuel level, coolant temperature, and voltage. The five-digit odometer shows 73k miles, less than 1k of which were added under current ownership.
The 2.5-liter inline-six features a polished valve cover, a Pertronix Flame-Thrower ignition coil, and dual Zenith-Stromberg carburetors and was factory rated at 101 horsepower and 128 lb-ft of torque. Work in October 2024 included changing the oil, cleaning and adjusting the carburetors, and replacing the battery, fuel filter, fuel line, and alternator.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission with a J-Type overdrive. The clutch fluid was bled in preparation for the sale. Corrosion is visible on various components, and additional underside photos are presented in the gallery.
