This 1994 Mazda MX-5 Miata is one of 3,000 M-Edition examples produced for the model year, all of which were finished in Montego Blue Mica over tan leather upholstery. It was first delivered to Essex Valley Mazda in Ivoryton, Connecticut, and it shows 20k miles following registration history in Connecticut, Louisiana, and New Jersey. It is powered by a 1.8-liter DOHC inline-four linked with a five-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential. Equipment includes 14″ alloy wheels, a Pioneer CD stereo, a wooden Nardi shift knob, air conditioning, and cruise control. Purchased by the seller in April 2024, this NA Miata is now offered with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New Jersey title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Montego Blue and features a tan soft top. Additional equipment includes pop-up headlights, chrome door handles, painted mirror caps, M-Edition badges, mud guards, and a single exhaust outlet. A paint correction was reportedly performed in preparation for the sale. Photos in the gallery show body panel VIN decals along with finish imperfections.
The 14″ alloy wheels are mounted with Riken Raptor HR tires, which show date codes from 2023. The car is equipped with an independent double wishbone suspension, front and rear stabilizer bars, and four-wheel disc brakes. An alignment was performed in preparation for the sale.
The cabin features bucket seats upholstered in tan leather along with color-coordinated door panels as well as a black upper dashboard and center console. Interior amenities include a wood Nardi shift knob, a wood handbrake grip, a Pioneer CD stereo, headrest speakers, air conditioning, cruise control, and power mirrors and windows. The removed head unit is included in the sale.
The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 20k miles. The seller notes the airbag light flickers intermittently.
The 1.8-liter DOHC inline-four was factory rated at 128 horsepower and 110 lb-ft of torque, which is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential. Work in preparation for the sale included an oil change and replacing the spark plugs and wires.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Essex Valley Mazda in Ivoryton, Connecticut, along with factory equipment, colors, and a total vehicle price of $21,645. The sale also includes owner’s manuals, manufacturer’s literature, a copy of the window sticker, spare parts, a front-end cover, and the removed head unit.
The Carfax report is free from accidents or other reported damage.
