This 2006 BMW M3 convertible is a triple-black example that is powered by a 3.2-liter inline-six linked with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The car has been fitted with 19″ M cross-spoke wheels and an aftermarket sound system, and additional equipment includes a soft top, xenon headlights, heated power-adjustable front sport seats, navigation, and automatic climate control. The seller purchased the car in May 2019, and it now has 69k miles. This E46 M3 is offered with a removed set of wheels, the owner’s manual, a service log, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Jet Black (668) with M-color grille accents. It features a black convertible soft top as well as xenon headlights, fog lights, rain-sensing windshield wipers, LED tail lights, and quad exhaust outlets. The seller states the windows were tinted in 2019. Scratches and dings are noted along the body, and a video of paint meter readings can be viewed in the gallery below.

The 19″ M cross-spoke Style 163M wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact DWS tires with 2022 date codes. The car was factory equipped with Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), and braking is provided by four-wheel ventilated discs. The seller reports service in 2022 included replacing the front brake rotors and installing stainless-steel brake lines and EBC pads.

The heated power-adjustable front sport seats and door-panel inserts are upholstered in black Nappa leather, and the cabin features a black dashboard with Brushed Aluminum Shadow trim. Interior amenities include driver’s seat memory settings, cruise control, navigation, and automatic climate control. An aftermarket amplifier and front speakers have been added along with a Pioneer subwoofer. Interior blemishes are shown in the photo gallery.

The multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel features M-color stitching and frames a 185-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a variable redline along with gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 69k miles, approximately 10k of which were added under current ownership.

The 3.2-liter S54 inline-six was factory rated at 333 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed in March 2024.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.

A removed set of Style 67 wheels will accompany the car.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
