This 1966 Chevrolet Corvair Monza convertible is powered by a rear-mounted 164ci flat-six paired with a four-speed manual transaxle and is finished in blue over blue vinyl upholstery. The car was acquired by the seller in 2022, and work performed since then reportedly involved changing the oil and replacing the wheel cylinders in addition to various suspension components. This Corvair Monza convertible is now offered with a shop manual, a blue top boot, a jack, and a clean Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name.
The car was finished from the factory in Marina Blue (F) and was repainted under previous ownership. Details include a white soft top with a blue top boot as well as dual side mirrors, a 110 engine cover badge, and a single exhaust outlet. Blemishes are noted below both mirrors.
Steel 14″ wheels with faux-wire covers are mounted with 195/75 Uniroyal Tiger Paw AWP II tires. A full-size spare is stowed in the engine compartment. The car is equipped with a fully independent suspension, and stopping power is provided by drum brakes at all four corners. Work performed in 2022 reportedly involved replacing the pitman arm bushing, suspension springs, shock absorbers, and wheel cylinders.
