This 2007 Ferrari F430 Spider is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and is finished in Grigio Silverstone over Nero leather and Alcantara upholstery. The car is equipped with a black convertible soft top, 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, cross-drilled and ventilated brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats, a carbon-fiber rear grille, a CD stereo, a wind deflector, a navigation system, carbon-fiber interior trim, and automatic climate control. The seller acquired the car in 2022 and has since added approximately 800 of the 13k miles. This F430 Spider is now offered in California with the owner’s manual, service records, a car cover, a tool kit, spare parts, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Montana title in the name of the seller’s LLC.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Grigio Silverstone and has a power-retractable black soft top, a carbon-fiber rear grille, xenon headlights with washers, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser.

The 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tires showing 2021 and 2023 date codes. Braking is handled by yellow-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors. Replacement brake pads and rotors were installed in December 2021.

The cockpit features power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats upholstered in Nero leather and Alcantara with Cavallino Rampante logos on the headrests and contrasting stitching that extends to the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Carbon-fiber trim accents the interior, and additional appointments include a navigation system, automatic climate control, drilled aluminum pedals, a CD stereo, a wind deflector, a radar detector, and power windows and locks.

The carbon-fiber- and leather-trimmed steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 13k miles, approximately 800 of which were added during current ownership.

The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. The clutch and transaxle position sensor were replaced, the flywheel was resurfaced, and the water pump was rebuilt at approximately 9k miles, and an oil change was performed in August 2024. The car last passed a California emissions inspection in February 2010.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential.

The Carfax report lists at least one open recall.
