This 1974 Alfa Romeo 2000 Spider Veloce was initially delivered to Archway Motor Imports of Manchester, Missouri, and it is said to have spent three decades stored indoors before it was acquired by the seller in 2022. Now showing 11k miles, the car is finished in metallic silver over black vinyl upholstery. Power is provided by a 2.0L twin-cam inline-four linked with a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential, and equipment includes a black canvas top, four-wheel disc brakes, 14″ Campagnolo wheels, a wood-rimmed Personal steering wheel, and an AM/FM stereo. Refurbishment work under current ownership reportedly included resurfacing the cylinder head, installing a replacement head gasket, overhauling the brake calipers, and fitting a starter relay in addition to replacing the clutch slave cylinder, fuel pump, ignition condenser and points, and thermostat. This S2 Spider is offered with a window sticker, factory literature, a tool kit, and a clean New Jersey title in the seller’s name.

The Pininfarina-designed bodywork is finished in Grigio Metallizzato (737), and exterior equipment includes a black canvas convertible top, a driver-side mirror, bright trim, and a central exhaust outlet. The seller notes that paintwork was performed on the decklid under previous ownership along with areas of fading and frayed edges on the soft top.

Campagnolo 14″ alloy wheels were reportedly mounted with 165-series Michelin XAS tires as part of the refurbishment. The car was factory equipped with an independent front suspension, a live rear axle, and anti-roll bars. Braking is provided by power-assisted four-wheel discs. According to the seller, the brake master cylinder was replaced, the ATE brake calipers were overhauled, and the brake rotors were resurfaced as part of the refurbishment.

The front bucket seats are trimmed in black vinyl and are complemented by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Amenities include a dashboard-mounted gearshift lever, a push-button AM/FM stereo, and an integrated center console. Photos show a split seam on the cushion of the driver’s seat.

The wood-rimmed Personal steering wheel fronts a Jaeger 140-mph speedometer and a matching tachometer, while a trio of auxiliary gauges is housed at the top of the center stack. The five-digit odometer shows 11k miles, approximately 200 of which were added by the seller.

The 2.0L twin-cam inline-four was factory equipped with SPICA mechanical fuel injection, and it produced 129 horsepower when new. Refurbishment work within the past two years is said to have included resurfacing the cylinder head, installing a replacement head gasket, refinishing the exhaust system, resealing and repainting the fuel tank, and fitting a starter relay as well as replacing the fuel pump, ignition condenser and points, and thermostat. The seller notes that sections of the engine bay and the underside of the hood were refinished under current ownership.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The seller reports that the clutch slave cylinder was replaced as part of the refurbishment.

The included window sticker displays initial delivery to Archway Motor Imports of Manchester, Missouri, and it lists factory colors and equipment along with a total suggested retail price of $7,425.00.
