This 1966 Oldsmobile 442 convertible was reportedly repainted in white in 2009, and it was purchased in 2023 by the seller, who states the black soft top was replaced, the carburetor was rebuilt, and replacement tires were mounted in the past year. Power is provided by a 400ci V8 paired with a two-speed automatic transmission, and the car features a center console, a Custom Autosound stereo, power windows, front bucket seats, a dual exhaust system, power steering, front disc brakes, and 14″ Super Stock II wheels. This 442 convertible is now offered with spare parts and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.

Originally finished in Provincial White, the body was repainted white in 2009 according to the seller, who states a replacement black convertible top was installed in 2024. Details include tri-color 442 badging, a power-operated top, and dual side mirrors. Paint chips, cracks, and spots of peeling are pictured in the gallery along with pitting and flaking on the chrome bumpers and trim.

The 14″ Super Stock II wheels are mounted with 225/70 Hankook Kinergy ST tires. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.

The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench that are upholstered in red vinyl and are accented by coordinating door panels. Appointments include a center console, front vent windows, patterned-metal dash trim, power windows, and a Custom Autosound stereo.

The steering wheel sits ahead of a 200-km/h speedometer and a combination gauge along with auxiliary gauges for amperage, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 53k miles. Total mileage is unknown.

The 400ci V8 is equipped with a four-barrel carburetor and was factory rated at 350 horsepower and 440 lb-ft of torque. The seller states the carburetor was rebuilt in 2024.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a two-speed automatic transmission.
