This 1991 Mazda MX-5 Miata is one of approximately 4,000 Special Edition examples produced for the model year, all of which were finished in British Racing Green over tan leather upholstery. It was purchased by the seller in 2014 from the family of the original owner, and it now shows 23k miles following registration history in Wyoming. Powered by a 1.6-liter DOHC inline-four linked with a five-speed manual transmission, the car is equipped with a removable hardtop, 14″ Daisy alloy wheels, a CD/cassette stereo, air conditioning, and cruise control. This NA Miata is offered with a clean Carfax report and a clean Wyoming title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in British Racing Green and features a black convertible soft top and a body-color removable hardtop. Additional exterior details include pop-up headlights, chrome door handles, painted mirror caps, a convertible top boot, and a single exhaust outlet. Close-up photographs of paint chips and blemishes are shown in the gallery below.

Silver 14″ Daisy alloy wheels are fitted with Hankook Optimo tires that were mounted under current ownership. The car is equipped with an independent double wishbone suspension, front and rear stabilizer bars, and four-wheel disc brakes. The struts were replaced under current ownership.

The cabin features bucket seats upholstered in tan leather along with color-coordinated door panels as well as a black upper dashboard and center console. Interior amenities include a wood Nardi shift knob, a CD/cassette stereo, headrest speakers, air conditioning, cruise control, and power windows. Special Edition cars were equipped with a wood Nardi shift knob and handbrake grip along with Special Edition badging.

The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 23k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership.

The 1.6-liter DOHC inline-four was factory-rated at 116 horsepower and 100 lb-ft of torque. The battery was replaced under current ownership, and the oil was changed in 2024.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
