This 1989 Chevrolet Corvette convertible is said to have been sold new in Arizona and was purchased by the seller from a long-term owner in 2022. The car shows 3,300 miles and is powered by a 5.7-liter L98 V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. It was specified in Dark Red Metallic over Saddle leather, and features include a limited-slip differential, a removable hardtop, a saddle convertible soft top, polished 17″ aluminum wheels, power-adjustable seats, a Kenwood sound system, automatic climate control, and pop-up headlights. This C4 convertible is now offered with the owner’s manual, service records, a car cover, a damage-free Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Dark Red Metallic (68) and features a matching hardtop and a manually operated saddle convertible soft top as well as a rear luggage rack, pop-up headlights, fog lamps, and quad exhaust outlets.

The 17″ aluminum wheels wear a polished finish and are mounted with Kumho Ecsta PS31 tires. The car is equipped with an independent front and five-link rear suspension as well as front and rear stabilizer bars. Stopping power is provided by anti-lock four-wheel disc brakes.

The cabin features power-adjustable sport bucket seats upholstered in Saddle leather along with matching carpets and door panels. Amenities include automatic climate control, cruise control, power windows, and an onboard computer. A Kenwood cassette stereo, remote CD changer, and speakers have been installed.

The two-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a digital instrument panel that includes a speedometer, a tachometer, and a fuel-level display as well as numeric readouts for oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, and fuel economy. The six-digit odometer shows 3,300 miles, approximately 100 miles of which were added under current ownership.

The 5.7-liter L98 V8 is equipped with Tuned Port Injection as well as aluminum cylinder heads. Service in July 2022 involve replacing intake gaskets, the AC compressor, and the battery, while the fuel injectors were replaced in November 2022, and a fuel pump was replaced in February 2023.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other damage, and it lists an initial registration entry in August 2011 along with at least one open manufacturer recall.
