This 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu convertible is powered by a 327ci V8 linked with a three-speed automatic transmission and is finished in red with a white soft top. The car rides on 15″ rally-style wheels mounted over front disc and rear drum brakes, and further equipment includes an Edelbrock intake manifold, Edelbrock carburetor, a 10-bolt rear axle, Doug’s headers, and power steering. The cabin features front bucket seats trimmed in white vinyl along with a center console, a push-button radio, red seatbelts, and a woodgrain steering wheel mounted to a tilting column. This Chevelle Malibu convertible is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with a clean New Jersey title in the current owner’s name.

The car was refinished in red with a white soft top under prior ownership, and equipment includes quad headlights, chrome bumpers, Malibu SS badging, quarter vent windows, and a white boot cover.

Rally-style 15″ wheels wear chrome hubcaps and trim rings, and they are mounted with BFGoodrich Radial T/A white-letter tires. The car is equipped with a front and rear coil-spring suspension, and braking is provided by front discs and rear drums.

The front bucket seats and rear bench are upholstered in white vinyl with red seatbelts. Interior appointments include a center console, a push-button radio, and vent windows.

The wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, a fuel level gauge, and an array of warning lights. Auxiliary readouts are mounted below the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows 63k miles.

The 327ci V8 breathes through an Edelbrock Performer intake manifold, Edelbrock carburetor, and a polished air cleaner assembly. Doug’s headers feed a dual exhaust system with Dynomax mufflers.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission.
