This 2014 BMW 650i convertible is one of approximately 100 Frozen White Edition units produced and was purchased new by the seller at Santa Monica BMW in California, and it was the recipient of a replacement twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 that was installed in September 2021. Finished in Frozen White over black Nappa leather upholstery, the car was optioned with an eight-speed automatic transmission, the M Sport and Executive packages, LED fog lights, a head-up display, a premium Hi-Fi sound system, a black convertible top, 20″ multi-spoke wheels, Shadowline trim, heated and ventilated power-adjustable multi-contour front seats, a rearview camera, Park Distance Control, a Dynamic Digital Cluster, and iDrive infotainment with navigation. This F12 650i convertible has 88k miles and is now offered with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, two keys, spare parts, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Frozen White with Frozen Black mirror caps and black-finished kidney grilles. Additional exterior details include M Sport aerodynamic bodywork, a black convertible top, LED fog lights, Shadowline trim, adaptive headlights, and dual exhaust outlets. The driver’s door soft-close function does not work, the decklid seal is said to be loose, the underside of the front bumper cover has scrapes, an indentation is located behind the fuel door, and the second key fob is missing its physical key.

The 20″ multi-spoke wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tires. Stopping power is provided by ventilated rotors at each corner, and the car is equipped with Dynamic Damper Control. The wheels have curb damage.

The heated and ventilated power-adjustable multi-contour front seats are trimmed in black Nappa leather with contrast stitching that extends to the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Wood trim accents the cabin, and additional appointments include carpeted floor mats, Comfort Access, Park Distance Control, a head-up display, a premium Hi-Fi sound system, and a rearview camera as well as cruise control, automatic climate control, ceramic controls, M door sill plates, and iDrive infotainment with navigation.

The three-spoke M steering wheel frames a Dynamic Digital Cluster with a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The digital odometer indicates 88k miles, all of which were added under current ownership.

The replacement twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter N63B44 V8 was installed in September 2021 and was factory rated at 445 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque. The car passed an emissions inspection in June 2024.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a ZF 8HP eight-speed automatic transmission. Additional photos of the underside are provided in the gallery.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to BMW of Santa Monica in California, along with factory colors, equipment, options, and a total suggested retail price of $106,725.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
