This 1995 Ferrari F355 Spider was first registered in New York and spent approximately five years in the Middle East before being imported back to the US in 2019. Showing 6k miles, the car is powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked with a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential, and it is finished in Modena Yellow over black Connolly leather upholstery. Equipment includes a gated shifter, a black soft top, 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels, pop-up headlights, automatic climate control, and an Alpine stereo. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2024, this F355 Spider is offered with a clean Carfax report and a clean Ohio title.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Modena Yellow, and styling elements include a power-operated black convertible top as well as pop-up headlights, integrated front fog lights, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. Close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery below.

Silver 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sports tires that have 2022 date codes. Ferrari-branded brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner.

The cabin features sport seats trimmed in black Connolly leather, and matching leather extends to the center console, door panel inserts, and lower half of the dashboard. Amenities include a gated shifter, automatic climate control, an Alpine stereo, and drilled aluminum pedals.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 6k miles, approximately 500 of which were added under current ownership.

The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
