This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro convertible was refurbished in the 2000s, first sold on BaT in October 2021, and acquired by the selling dealer following a June 2023 BaT auction. The car is finished in black over red upholstery and powered by a 383ci stroker V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Additional equipment includes 18″ & 20″ five-spoke alloy wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, power steering, a Holley Demon four-barrel carburetor, a PerTronix ignition system, a high-torque starter, front and rear lip spoilers, a red top boot, chrome bumpers, woodgrain interior trim, a retro-style stereo, and a center console with auxiliary gauges. This Camaro is now offered by the selling dealer in Virginia with a clean Utah title.

The car was repainted in black with red side stripes and the trunk floor was replaced under previous ownership. Features include a black soft top with a red top boot in addition to front and rear lip spoilers, chrome-finished bumpers, fog lamps, and faux hood and fender vents. The vacuum-power components for the headlight covers have been removed.

Polished 18″ and 20″ five-spoke wheels wear Pirelli P Zero Rosso tires measuring 225/45 up front and 255/35 out back. The car is equipped with power steering and four-wheel disc brakes along with larger faux brake rotors that can be seen through the wheels.

A red “Comfort Weave” vinyl interior was installed in September 2021 and is complemented by a color-matching dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Woodgrain trim accents the lower dashboard, and amenities include a center console, lap belts for all occupants, a glovebox, and a retro-style head unit with Bluetooth. The seller notes that the right turn signal does not self cancel.

The woodgrain-trimmed three-spoke steering wheel is mounted to a tilting column and frames a 120-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and an analog clock. Green backlights illuminate the dash gauges, and auxiliary gauges are integrated into the center console. The five-digit odometer shows 36k miles, approximately 100 of which have been added by the selling dealer. Total mileage is unknown.

The replacement 383ci stroker V8 features a Holley Demon carburetor, exhaust headers, and a chrome air cleaner cover, rocker covers, and air intake. A Be Cool radiator is installed along with an aftermarket serpentine belt system, an MSD electronic ignition system, and a high-torque starter.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Turbo 400 three-speed automatic transmission equipped with a Gear Vendor overdrive.
