This 1995 Pontiac Firebird Formula convertible was initially delivered to Koplin Pontiac of Elizabeth, New Jersey, and was purchased new by the seller. The car is finished in black over Graphite leather, and power is provided by a 5.7-liter V8 mated to a six-speed manual transmission and a Moser limited-slip differential. Equipment includes Kooks long-tube headers, a Corsa cat-back exhaust, a mild camshaft, an ECU tune, QA1 adjustable shocks, a black convertible top, 17″ five-spoke wheels, cruise control, air conditioning, keyless entry, power windows and locks, an AM/FM/CD stereo, and pop-up headlights. This Firebird shows 128k miles and is now offered at no reserve with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New Jersey title in the seller’s name.
The body is finished in black and features a black convertible top, dual hood vents, a rear decklid spoiler, pop-up headlights, and quad polished exhaust outlets. The front bumper cover has been replaced. The photos in the gallery were taken in 2023.
The 17″ five-spoke wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich g-Force tires that are said to have been installed in 2020. The suspension has been lowered with Spohn Performance components, and additional modifications include QA1 adjustable shocks, 32mm and 21mm sway bars, SLP subframe connectors, and C5 Corvette braking components.
The cabin features front sport seats and rear bucket seats upholstered in Graphite leather. Equipment includes keyless entry, air conditioning, cruise control, power locks and windows, and an AM/FM/CD stereo. Wear is evident on the driver’s seat bolster and the air conditioning requires annual servicing to remain operational.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 155-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 128k miles, all of which were added under current ownership. The steering wheel radio controls are inoperable.
Power is provided by a 5.7-liter LT1 V8 that has been modified with a mild camshaft and ECU tune as well as Kooks long-tube headers. The ignition switch was replaced in 2021. The top side of the engine has a leak per the seller.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a BorgWarner T-56 six-speed manual transmission and a Moser 12-bolt limited-slip differential. A Corsa cat-back exhaust is also installed. The transmission was rebuilt and a replacement clutch was installed in 2018. A leak from the differential cover is noted by the seller.
The window sticker shows initial delivery to Koplin Pontiac of Elizabeth, New Jersey, and lists factory colors, equipment, and a total vehicle price of $27,841.
