This 1976 Triumph TR6 is said to have remained registered in Minnesota through the current owner’s acquisition in 2023, and it is powered by a 2.5-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Finished in Maple over beige vinyl upholstery, the car is equipped with a black convertible top, 15″ steel wheels with polished rings, power-assisted front disc and rear drum brakes, a luggage rack, an AM/FM radio, and a heater. This TR6 shows 46k miles and is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with a British Motor Industry Heritage Trust certificate, service records, a tonneau cover, and a clean Minnesota title in the owner’s name.

The car is finished in Maple (73) and features a black convertible top, a top boot, a luggage rack, a plastic air dam, Union Jack decals, bullet-style door mirrors, and US-specification bumpers with rubber overriders. Photos of paint chips, scratches, and exterior imperfections are viewable in the gallery below.

Silver 15″ steel wheels feature aluminum trim rings and are mounted with 205/70 Hankook Mileage Plus II tires. Braking is provided by power-assisted front disc and rear drum brakes. Polyurethane rear control arm bushings were installed under previous ownership, and the brake hydraulics have been filled with DOT-5 silicone fluid. Marks are present on the wheel trim rings.

The bucket seats are upholstered in beige vinyl and are complemented by color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Interior appointments include a British Leyland AM/FM radio, a locking glovebox, a heater, and Triumph-branded floor mats.

A three-spoke steering wheel fronts a 140-mph speedometer and a tachometer while gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level are mounted in the center of the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows 45k miles, approximately 500 of which were added under current ownership.

The 2.5-liter inline-six features dual Zenith-Stromberg carburetors, and it has been fitted with a TriumphTune aluminum valve cover and MSD ignition components. The valve cover gasket and distributor cap were replaced and an oil change was performed in September 2023.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission.

The British Motor Industry Heritage Trust certificate lists serial numbers, colors, and a build date of 14 October 1975. A split tonneau cover is included in the sale along with manuals and partial service records.
