This 2013 Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG is equipped with the P30 AMG Performance, Premium 1, and Driver Assistance packages as well as carbon-ceramic brakes, a limited-slip differential, 19″ and 20″ AMG 10-spoke forged wheels, Distronic Plus adaptive cruise control, heated and ventilated active seats, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, and a power-retractable hardtop with a panoramic roof and Magic Sky Control. The car is finished in Steel Gray Metallic over red and black premium leather and is powered by a twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission. It has remained registered in California since it was new, and the current owner purchased it there in 2019. Now indicating 65k miles, this R231 is now offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner with a VMI report, a build sheet, a replacement front bumper panel, service records, and a clean California title in the owner’s name.

The car is finished in Steel Gray Metallic (755) and features a power-retractable hardtop with a panoramic roof and Magic Sky Control. Additional details include AMG spoilers and side skirts, front and rear parking sensors, LED taillights, a carbon-fiber decklid spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, and bi-xenon headlights with Active Curve Illumination. The Carfax report notes that the front of the car sustained “minor damage” in September 2019. The front bumper is damaged near the left front wheel, and a replacement front bumper panel is included in the sale. The trunk latch was replaced in April 2022.

Staggered 19″ and 20″ AMG 10-spoke forged alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires measuring 255/35 up front and 285/30 out back. The car rides on an AMG-tuned Active Body Control (ABC) electronically adjustable suspension, and stopping power is provided by gold-painted AMG-branded calipers over carbon-ceramic brakes. The ABC suspension pump pulsation dampener and high-pressure fluid line were replaced in November 2023.

The heated and ventilated active multi-contour seats have massaging functions and are upholstered in red premium leather complemented by a two-tone dashboard and door panels. Other appointments include carbon-fiber trim, Distronic Plus adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, Lane Keeping Assist, a back-up camera, Keyless-Go, Airscarf neck warmers, a Bang & Olufsen BeoSound sound system, dual-zone automatic climate control, illuminated AMG-branded door sill guards, and COMAND infotainment with navigation.

The leather- and Dinamica-wrapped AMG Performance steering wheel features shift paddles and frames a 200-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,300-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates under 65k miles, approximately 5k of which were added under current ownership.

The twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter M157 V8 features the AMG Performance Package, which raised factory-rated engine output to 557 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque, increased the electronically limited top speed to 186 mph, and added a carbon-fiber engine cover. Four electrical pins were repaired in February 2022.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed AMG Speedshift MCT automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.

The Carfax report notes the aforementioned damage entry.
