This 1962 Ford Thunderbird is one of a claimed nine convertibles made for the model year with the M-code 390ci V8 equipped with three two-barrel carburetors. It was originally ordered through Nerney Motors in Attleboro, Massachusetts in Rangoon Red with power windows, a push-button radio, whitewall tires, windshield washers, an outside mirror, and fender shields. The car has been restored, and it was the recipient of an AACA Grand National Award winner and a Thunderbird Club of America Senior Judging Certification. The current owner acquired the car in 2007, and it has been stored since. This M-code Thunderbird is now offered on dealer consignment with a build sheet, the owner’s manual, and a Pennsylvania title.
