This 1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 cabriolet is powered by a 3.2-liter M104 inline-six paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and is finished in Imperial Red over beige leather. Equipment includes a black convertible soft top, silver 15″ Alamak alloy wheels, heated power-adjustable front seats, a cassette stereo, a remote six-disc CD changer, automatic climate control, and cruise control. This A124 E320 shows 87k miles along with registration in several states, and it is now offered by the selling dealer with a clean Carfax report and a clean Illinois title.

The car is finished in Imperial Red and features a power-operated black convertible soft top, headlight wipers, a power-telescoping antenna, bright trim, asymmetrical side mirrors, and a single eccentric-sweep windshield wiper. The headlights were repaired in August 2023. There are paint chips on the front end.

Silver 15″ Alamak alloy wheels are mounted with Continental ContiProContact tires that show date codes in 2022. Braking is handled by four-wheel ventilated discs.

The cabin features heated power-adjustable front seats upholstered in beige leather along with a color-coordinated dashboard, center console, door panels, and carpets. Burl wood accents the dash, center stack, and doors, while amenities include a cassette stereo, a remote six-disc CD changer, automatic climate control, and cruise control. The rear seat belt buckles are damaged, the sun visor mirror covers are missing, and there are signs of wear on the driver’s seat.

The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,400-rpm redline as well as an analog clock and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 87k miles.

The 3.2-liter M104 inline-six features four valves per cylinder and was factory rated at 217 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque. The battery was replaced in December 2023, and the front crankshaft seal was reportedly replaced, the AC was recharged, and an oil change performed in June 2024.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other damage.
