This 1968 Ford Mustang GT convertible was refurbished before the seller’s 2009 acquisition and is refinished in green over two-tone vinyl. The car is powered by a 302ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission and equipped with a white convertible soft top, 15″ steel wheels, front disc brakes, a roll bar, fog lights, hood vents, front bucket seats, a Pioneer CD stereo, a satellite radio receiver, and air conditioning. This Mustang GT convertible is now offered with a Marti report, a car cover, and a clean Massachusetts title in the seller’s name.

The car was refinished in green under previous ownership and features a replacement white convertible soft top, a GT fuel cap, fog lights, hood vents, and quad exhaust outlets. The windshield washers do not work.

The 15″ steel wheels are mounted with 225/60 Goodyear Eagle GT tires. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The seller states that the rear brakes were replaced in 2015 and the front control arms and ball joints were replaced in 2019.

The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in off-white and beige vinyl, and appointments include a Pioneer CD stereo, a satellite radio receiver, a roll bar, a center console, an analog clock, headrests, and an aftermarket air conditioning system.

The steering wheel is mounted on a tilting column and frames a 120-mph speedometer, tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 50k miles, approximately 3k of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.

The 302ci V8 is equipped with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor as well as a Cobra air cleaner and valve covers.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission.

The Marti Report lists a build date of June 17, 1968, as well as factory equipment, colors, and production statistics.
