This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro convertible has been refurbished and modified with a repaint in silver and installation of a 350ci V8 paired with a Tremec TKO five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional work following the seller’s acquisition in 2017 has included fitting Viking front coilovers and rear shocks, a front disc brake conversion, installing power steering and a replacement red convertible top, and reupholstering the red leather interior. Additional equipment includes a rear spoiler, Foose 18″ wheels, a center console, and a heater. This Camaro convertible is now offered with partial service records and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.

Originally Ermine White, the body was refinished in silver in 2019, while a replacement red convertible soft top was installed in 2020. Additional exterior details include dual side mirrors, a rear spoiler, and chrome bumpers. The seller notes two paint blemishes on the left-front fender, and there is a hole in the passenger fender from a previously mounted antenna.

Chrome-finished Foose 18″ wheels are mounted with a mixed set of 235/40 front and 255/40 rear Bridgestone Potenza Sport AS and BFGoodrich g-Force Sport Comp-2 tires. A matching spare is mounted in the trunk. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. Viking front coilovers and rear shocks were installed under current ownership.

The cabin features replacement Procar front bucket seats and a rear bench that were reupholstered in red leather in 2020. The rear seat pads and foam were replaced at this time, and a new color-matched shift boot, door panels, carpets were installed. Camaro-branded floor mats line the footwells, and a center console with integrated cupholders is mounted between the seats. Additional equipment includes metal pedals, a heater, and lap belts.

The three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a 120-mph speedometer, a fuel level gauge, and a column-mounted tachometer. Additional Sunpro gauges for coolant temperature, voltage, and oil pressure are mounted ahead of the shifter. The five-digit odometer shows 8k miles, approximately 3,200 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.

The 350 V8 was installed under previous ownership in 2017. The exhaust system consists of tubular headers and stainless steel piping with dual mufflers.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec TKO 5-Speed and a 12-bolt rear end with Dana axles and a 3.55:1 Positraction differential.
