This 2016 Porsche Boxster Spyder was specified with Racing Yellow paint and over $34k in options, including bi-xenon headlights with the Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS+) as well as a Porsche Ceramic-Composite Brakes, the Light Design Package, yellow and carbon-fiber interior accents, and a Burmester sound system. It is powered by a 3.8-liter flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle, and additional equipment includes a black bikini-style soft top, 20″ Carrera S wheels, a rearview camera, black leather and Alcantara upholstery, heated adaptive sport seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and navigation. The car was previously listed on BaT in October 2022 and now has 396 miles. Acquired by the seller in 2023, this 981 Boxster Spyder is offered with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.

The Spyder features front and rear styling shared with the contemporary Cayman GT4 as well as a manually folding black soft top that stows beneath the double-hump rear clamshell. This example is finished in Racing Yellow and is equipped with bi-xenon headlights in black with the Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus as well as a speed-activated rear spoiler, side air intakes, SportDesign side mirrors, a rearview camera, and central dual exhaust outlets. The seller reports paint protection film has been applied to the front panels, and photos of paint meter readings are shown in the gallery below.

The 20″ Carrera S alloy wheels are mounted with Pirelli P Zero tires measuring 235/35 up front and 265/35 at the rear. Braking is handled by cross-drilled and ventilated ceramic-composite discs with yellow Porsche-branded calipers. Boxster Spyders were equipped from the factory with a 20mm lower sport suspension than the standard Boxster. An electromechanical steering rack that was shared with the contemporary 911 Turbo was also fitted as standard.

The 18-way power-adjustable heated adaptive sport seats are trimmed in black leather with Alcantara inserts, yellow stitching, and Spyder-embroidered headrests. Carbon-fiber trim accents the cabin, and additional appointments include Porsche-branded floor mats, Racing Yellow seat belts, a fire extinguisher, aluminum pedals, dual-zone automatic climate control, the Light Design Package, Porsche Communication Management, navigation, and a Burmester surround-sound system. The condition of the left seat outer bolster is shown in the gallery.

The three-spoke steering wheel frames a central tachometer with a 7,600-rpm redline as well as a speedometer and a digital display. The Sport Chrono Package added a stopwatch in the center stack. The digital odometer indicates 396 miles, approximately 196 of which were added during current ownership.

The rear cargo area covers the mid-mounted 3.8L flat-six, which was shared with the contemporary 991 Carrera S and was factory rated at 375 horsepower and 309 lb-ft of torque.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Prestige Imports of Lakewood, Colorado, and shows factory colors, options, and a total price of $117,485.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
