This 2015 Audi RS5 cabriolet was acquired new by its current owner, and it was optioned with the Comfort, Technology, and Black Optic Plus packages. Finished in Panther Black Crystal Effect (LZ9Z) with a black soft top over black Milano leather, it features an Audi crown-gear center differential, a torque-vectoring rear differential, titanium-finished 20″ wheels, adaptive xenon headlights, heated and ventilated front seats, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, blind-spot monitoring, a rearview camera, and Audi MMI infotainment with Navigation Plus. Power comes from a 4.2-liter V8 that drives all four wheels through a seven-speed S tronic dual-clutch automatic transaxle. This RS5 has 35k miles and is offered on dealer consignment in New York with two keys and a clean Connecticut title.
The RS5 features a model-specific front end, rear diffuser, and wide wheel arches, and its convertible top folds at speeds up to 31 mph. The Black Optic Plus Package added a gloss-black Singleframe grille, a carbon-fiber rear lip spoiler, body-color mirror caps, and black finishers for its sport exhaust system. Damage to the right side and right front is listed in an August 2018 entry on the Carfax report, which also lists damage to the rear in a June 2023 entry, and damage to the left rear and rear in a January 2024 entry.
The 20″ rotor-design wheels are mounted with 275/30 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ tires. The car is equipped with an RS sport-tuned suspension and scalloped cross-drilled brake rotors, and its four Audi Drive Select modes can adjust the car’s throttle response, shift points, steering, damping, and rear differential.
The Comfort Package front seats are heated and ventilated, equipped with a neck-level heating system, and upholstered in black Milano leather. Carbon-fiber trim and a 12-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system are additional appointments.
The flat-bottom steering wheel has shift paddles, and the driver is aided by a Bluetooth hands-free system, a rearview camera, parking sensors, blind-spot monitors, push-button start, and Audi MMI Navigation Plus. The odometer indicates 35k miles.
Trimmed with a Black Optic Package carbon-fiber engine cover, the 4.2-liter FSI V8 was factory rated at 450 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque, and it sends power to all four wheels through a seven-speed S tronic dual-clutch automatic transaxle and a Quattro all-wheel-drive system with a torque-vectoring rear differential.
The Carfax report shows the aforementioned damage entries.
